The BPMBC team is composed of engineers from various fields. The team members are passionate about travelling and meeting new people. Our field research engineers receive special training in interview techniques, which is a feature unique to BPMBC. The team also consists of analysts and back office team members who assist data analysis, preparation of reports and administration.

Kaustubh Pingale

With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Kaustubh has consistently pushed the boundaries of market research, introducing unique methodologies and surveys that have made a significant impact on the corporate landscape in India.

As a dedicated market researcher, Kaustubh has traversed the length and breadth of the country, personally conducting interviews and engaging with respondents from various industries. His hands-on approach allows him to gather in-depth insights and a comprehensive understanding of the Indian market. With his extensive experience and expertise, he has become a trusted advisor to numerous top corporates and management personnel.

One of Kaustubh's notable achievements is his specialization in industrial market research surveys. Recognizing the distinct needs and challenges of the industrial sector, he has developed surveys that cater specifically to this domain. His surveys have helped organizations improve their operational efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and make informed strategic decisions.

Kaustubh's dedication to learning is evident in his academic pursuits. He is an Engineer and holds a Master's degree in Management Studies from Pune University and has also completed a Master's degree in Economics. A strong believer in lifelong learning, he is currently pursuing his PhD in Circular Economy, further expanding his knowledge and expertise in the field.

Ajit Mehta

Mr Ajit Mehta is an experienced Engineer. He worked with Larsen and Toubro for over 35 years. He worked in the capacity of higher management at several departments in controls and automations SBU. Mr Mehta throughout has worked extensively on engineering and execution of projects in industries like Cement, Water, Oil, Refinery, Pharmaceutical, Food, Dairy, Automobiles, Machine Tools, Material Handling, Paper, Ore, Power, Polyester, Steel, Sugar, Defence, providing different kinds of Electrical and Electronics solutions. He is a specialist in PLCs, SCADA and AC / DC drives systems.

He is associated with BPMBC for over 7 years and is actively involved in Projects and Business Development. His experience plays a crucial role for conducting the research assignments and and adding enormous value for the entire project and to our Customers. His acumen of getting things done spurs the activities and helps in accomplishing the tasks well in time.
